Axis Projects is a privately owned commercial development company with a focus on industrial, suburban office, and healthcare development. Our “single source” service places the ultimate responsibility for the entire development of each project, including coordination of both the design and construction elements of the new facility with the professional developer.

In the past 20 years, the principals of Axis have completed over 50 projects and millions of square feet of buildings with a focus on engaging in socially purposeful projects to help create our built environment in a way that impacts the lives of the people within it.

Project Retention Portfolio

The Axis Group provides our clients long term lease services in concert with our construction services. The initial lease term is generally between 10 to 20 years depending on the client’s need, the project location and size and specific improvements that are required to be constructed for the client.

Axis (and its principals through holding company interests), maintains an ownership interest in many of the projects that we complete through our development activities.
