For every commercial new development project we complete we try to offer our services to the community at large on a one for one basis either in a role as a development consultant simply offering advice to a Not for Profit entity in need of real estate professional services or in a more deep dive involvement where we undertake a project management role assisting in a more robust scope of construction management for a charity partner.

In more exceptional instances we form a triple bottom line partnership with a charity partner and enter into a long term partnership where we agree to develop and own a specific real estate project with or for a charity in a Landlord or Joint Venture Partnership basis providing both development expertise and the capital required to assist a Not For Profit entity in the realization of a real estate goal. These projects vary from a hundred thousand to in excess of ten million dollars.
